NOT AVERAGE NETWORK / MEMBER INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 14, 2026
Not Average Network is operated by MCPLAY CORP.
This notice describes information handled by the Not Average Network member app. Contact contact@notaveragenetwork.com with privacy questions or requests.
Creator applications
When you apply through this website, we collect your name, TikTok username, email, phone number, how you heard about us, and submission date. The network owner uses these answers to review your application and contact you about joining. Applying does not create an account or authorize marketing messages. These submissions are visible only in the owner’s Applicants view. To correct or delete an application, contact contact@notaveragenetwork.com. Applications are retained until the network removes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Applications submitted through TikTok or an external bio link are handled through those services separately.
Manager applications
Manager applicants also provide relevant experience, their approach to helping a creator in the first 30 days, and availability and time zone. MCPLAY CORP. uses these answers to assess applications and contact candidates. They are visible only in the owner’s Applicants view and do not grant staff access. The correction, deletion, and retention practices for creator applications also apply to manager applications.
Information used by the app
- Account identity: the email and account identifier supplied by sign-in, your name, membership approval, role, and assigned creator or staff profile.
- Network records: creator progress reports, team assignments, tasks, recruitment handoffs, and incentive information relevant to your role. These records may be entered or imported by the network.
- TikTok integration is disabled. The app does not offer TikTok sign-in or fetch TikTok account statistics. A username you provide is profile information, not a connected TikTok account.
- Discord connection: your Discord account identifier, username, and display name. The sign-in connection does not request message history or permission to send messages. Separately, the network bot can read permitted server channels; selected resource content is stored for owner review before publication to the appropriate member audience.
- Connection credentials and timestamps: encrypted access and refresh tokens, connection dates, and the time the Discord profile was last refreshed.
Why this information is used
The app uses this information to verify approved membership, show the correct workspace, match social accounts, display available progress and profile statistics, and support network work. TikTok account linking is not available. Any separately imported network reports require an independent review of permitted use; signing in through Discord does not authorize the network to use TikTok data.
Who can access information
Creators see their own creator workspace. Staff see information permitted for their role, and the network owner manages membership and access. Connected-account tokens are used by the server and are not displayed in member dashboards. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and storage; Supabase supports email/password accounts. Discord processes information when you authorize its connection. External platforms process information under their own policies when you open their websites.
Cookies and external services
Sign-in uses session cookies. Social connection flows use a short-lived security cookie to verify that the connection was started by you. The app does not include an advertising tracker. External image hosts and links may receive ordinary request information when loaded or opened.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can disconnect Discord from Account connections. TikTok integration is disabled; contact the network to request removal of any historical TikTok connection record. Disconnecting deletes that saved connection, its credentials, and its stored social profile statistics from this app. It does not delete separately maintained network work records. You can also revoke the app’s permission in your Discord settings. Any historical authorization to a third-party app can also be revoked in the relevant platform’s own settings.
To request access, correction, or deletion of other personal information, email contact@notaveragenetwork.com from your approved account. The network may need to verify your identity and assess records that must be retained for outstanding obligations or applicable requirements. Removing membership access is not the same as deleting all historical records.
Storage and security
Saved social credentials are encrypted, and protected app routes require authorized membership. The app retains a social connection until it is disconnected or the owner revokes membership. Other records remain until the network removes them; the app does not currently apply an automatic retention schedule. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Updates
This notice should be updated when the app’s information practices change. The current revision date appears above. Contact the network before using a feature if you need clarification about its information practices.
